Office Updates

News November 26, 2019

We have some exciting updates regarding the Collaborative Office. Now that we have become accustomed to being a central office, it is time to take advantage of how collaboration can expand and improve the ministry of St. Mary’s and St. Anthony’s. Working together we can engage in ministries and reach more people in a way that each individual parish could not.

First, evangelizing in our modern times includes digital landscapes. We are thrilled to unveil our new website – We learned a lot through creating our first collaborative website and worked with the diocese to create an even more useful and expansive space for our parishes. We will be able to update you with greater ease and invite all those in the Nashoba Valley to our parish events. This website brings new emails (last time for a long time, we promise). They are listed for you at the bottom of this letter.

With the advantages of technology, there has been a decrease in foot traffic to the office as some choose to email and phone our offices to request Masses, Baptisms and other parish business. Also, we have found it difficult on some to arrive at our offices only to find us closed for necessary staff meetings.

Therefore, we are taking an opportunity to clearly define the days and times of our office hours. This will allow for greater efficiency and productivity for our staff and allow us to better assist you. Beginning December 2, Office Hours will be from 9am to 1pm. Someone will be in the office during those hours, but after 1pm there may not be, as we will use this time to schedule meetings and focus on projects. We look forward to continuing to serve you and our Church.
